WHAT ON EARTH has happened to me?
Hilariously, I’ve transmogrified into a sparkling hypocrite.
After slagging off all The STRAVA Slosh pots, Battersea Park Bozzas, Sub-3 Nausebags and Just Do It-Donuts.
I am running, well, plodding, yep, properly fucking plodding, The London Marathon.
My mate just dropped out and said “do I want his place”?
Then, bet me, “you wouldn’t be able to do it with 0 training in 7 weeks”.
As soon as someone says “you can’t do something” all my stubbornness blossoms.
LET’SSSSSS BE HAVIN YAAAAAAAAAA CHIEF
Training is going astoundingly well.
My gooch is eroding like a Manc PT who got a cheap Turkish hair transplant.
My nips are eviscerating like the fields of the Somme.
Chaffing R’ Us
Ankles and calves are cloying, congealing towers of wonderfully magnificent crying pain.
Running is Enterpainment.
Training is so deliriously boring, it’s deliciously enjoyable (up to 10k, after that it’s a Blitzkrieg bombing of sparkling-diamond anguish and Fresh Rolls Royce Doom).
Plodding isn’t Peace of Mind.

A FUCKING AMAZING charity in Shoreditch called Arts for All.
What is Arts for All?

“Arts For All is a community creative centre . We run clubs and classes for the local community and aim to build confidence through creativity. Young people get the opportunity to exhibit and sell their works of art in high profile exhibitions in The City. This work changes lives and gives them the chance to hope for a brighter future.”
I went down this week to hang out with these absolute legends.
On a deeper level…. What is ACTUALLY is Art? Why is Art Important? Why is Art for All?
Anyone can create Art. Anyone can comment on Art. Art is important. Art is truth. Truth is Art. Art is freedom. Freedom is Art. Art is kind to humans. Art is human, kind.
From Art Attack to Aristotle, Da Vinci to Duncan-from-Blue, Picasso to Phil Mitchell.
It’s all mutha fucking art.
Art is for everyone.
British Polymath, Philosopher and all round TOP G, John Ruskin, provides two wonderful pithy sentences on art.

It’s for EVERYONE.
